Modern Architects & Associates is design firm having vast experience in residential as well as commercial projects. Our Architectural and structural firm is based in Rawalpindi but providing design services in all over the Pakistan Architect Adeel Shazhad is the owner of the firm. He joined the profession after his graduation and started his own firm. Architect Adeel Shahzad holds the Bachelor’s in Architecture degree accredited by Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners with the PCAT # A-03912. He has also done Masters of Architecture from UET Lahore. He is also a licensed architect from Capital development Authority (CDA), Rawalpindi development Authority (RDA), Town Municipal Administration TMA and Gulberg Greens Islamabad. Modern Associates has so far executed many projects from the past eight years. We have skilled dedicated team of Architects, Engineers, 3D visualisers and CAD operators. We provide all type of drawings used in construction of residence as well as commercial or any other building type. We are not that typical type of architects rather we are involved in designing new type of buildings. It is our commitment with profession that we have never defaulted from any project, any organization government or private.
