Product Description

ZHUOJUN® redispersible polymer powders are free flowing white powders obtained by spray drying macromolecular copolymer dispersions under carefully defined conditions. They are mainly used improve cohesion, adhesion, flexibility and workability in constructions especially in dry-mix mortar.

Dispersible polymer powders are powdery products and therefore feature a number of advantages:

they are ideal for ready-to-use dry mortars and prevent errors during mixing on site

they permit easy transportation and storage of the dry mortars

they ensure easy handling on site

Composition:

Polymer Resin

Main ingredient of dispersion particle and a key part for redispersible polymer powders to come into play.

Interior Additives

It plays a role of modified resin with polymer resin.

Protective Colloid

A layer of hydrophilic material is coated on the surface of the redispersible polymer powder. The protective colloid of most redispersible polymer powder is polyvinyl alcohol.

Exterior Additives

The anti-caking agents and super-fined mineral additives are incorporated to make sure that powder properties are maintained during storage and processing.

Storage

Stored in its original packaging in a dry and place with temperature below 30℃

Warranty

It is recommended to use ZHUOJUN® redispersible polymer powders within 6 months.

If not caked under prolonged storage, they can still be usable.

Notes

The unused redispersible polymer powders have to be sealed to avoid moisture in contact with air.
