Ultrafine Transparent Powder is Coated Sodium Sulfate Anhydrous(Coated Na2SO4 Powder), based on high purity natural Sodium Sulfate Anhydrous mine resources, coated with special additives by advanced grinding machine facilities. The powder can be formulated with PE/PP polymers, the made transparent masterbatch can bring high transparency and cost-saving with good mechanical properties to different plastic applications. Thanks to top quality Ultrafine Transparent Powder’s chemical properties of micro size with well dispersion property, the light refractive index of made Transparent Masterbatch is very close to that of most polymer resins. In this case, it’s largely and widely used to make Transparent Masterbatches, which is used to replace or alternate the usage of resin polymers in plastic industries such as film blowing, injection molding, blow molding, sheets, hollowing etc. The made Transparent Masterbatch is majorly used in ABA film blowing, about 50-80% dosage ratio in the B layer of HDPE type film, and about 20-40% dosage ratio in the B layer of LDPE/LLDPE type film. The made film can still maintain apparent glossy and transparency and reasonable mechanical property with much lower materials costs.
