IRON Thai Boxing Studio 堅持有益身心，強身健體為本意，跟所有熱愛 泰拳 運動的朋友分享心得。本館提供 泰拳 運動 的基本練習要素、哲學理念、 技術 分類，以及在練習中應關注的各種問題內容。

自強文東拳擊會由前香港繩量級銀腰帶拳王梁煥霖師傅及眾師弟於1982年成立。 15年來在香港東區教授西洋拳擊及泰拳搏擊技術。等拳擊運動的推廣不遺餘力。

香港龍心體藝協會成立於1982年，乃香港註冊及認可之體育團體。本會宗旨是傳授中國傳統武學技擊，使成人和小孩均能根據個人能力循序漸進學習，輕鬆愉快地體驗武術技擊的樂趣 。

本會恆常班每月招生 星期五班-20:00至22:00 星期日班-10:00至12:00 地址：九龍太子界限街室內運動場壁球室或對出空地(視乎租場情況而定)
