The practice is experienced in providing design concepts for a wide and varied client base. This can be for anything from a single private dwelling or a large housing development to a large commercial factory or a retail outlet.

Planning

The practice has a large base of expertise in planning issues from planning applications to planning appeals for a large number of clients and has been involved in overturning decisions taken by the planning service. Planning appeals involves working with some of the top planning barristers and planning consultants in Northern Ireland and usually means working to tight schedules.

Another aspect of planning is the role of planning supervisor. This service is provided to meet the current CDM legislation from initial inception to completion.

Management

Expertise in this area has developed whilst employed on numerous and varied projects, resulting in earning a reputation for delivering projects on time, within budget and to pre-determined quality standards.
